Engineer working in IT since 2018. I started in technical support and identity administration (Active Directory, ITSM), and today I combine two parallel strengths: designing integrations and automation, and administering systems at L3 level — across Jira Server, SAP, Azure and AWS, on Windows and Linux.

On the administration side I own the platforms the business depends on daily. In particular I administer Jira Server end-to-end: users and permissions, projects and schemes, workflows, apps, monitoring, and controlled change without breaking continuity. In parallel I operate SAP Marketing Cloud (users, segmentation, email communication templates), a PHP-based returns system (L3 administration: operations, maintenance and evolution) and PostgreSQL, MSSQL and MySQL databases. I also keep environments security-hygienic: applying current patches, upgrading packages and software versions, and maintaining alignment with Security requirements.

On the engineering side I build end-to-end solutions: Jira Server plugins and automations (Groovy/ScriptRunner, Java), API/OData/webhook integrations (including SAP CPI), .NET backends (REST, CQRS, PostgreSQL) and serverless/AI layers on AWS. I contributed to a commerce platform migration from a relational database to Cosmos DB and independently delivered a video-license sales backend.

I put strong emphasis on technical documentation (Confluence) and predictable change. Day to day I use AI tools in engineering work — Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — matching each to the task, security requirements and output quality.
